  • Dip Coating

Dip coating is a plastisol coating which provides a protective, decorative and durable finish. Although it is more commonly used on metal parts, we can coat several different types of applications to meet any project requirement. Plastisol dip coatings are applied through a hot-dip or a cold-dip process.

  • Dip Molding

Another process for plastisol coating is dip molding. In this process, a heated metal is dipped into liquid plastisol creating a gelled layer. The mold is then extracted from the plastisol tank and placed into the baking oven for the curing (Fusing) process. The parts are cooled and then stripped from the molds. This process is available in a variety of colors and finishes.
